Sorry for the wall of text. Not gonna lie, i'm dealing with a situation and need some guidance imo.
Series A term sheet review. I've been dealing with this for about 15 weeks now and the situation isn't improving.
I have already tried to resolve this directly but did not get a clear answer.
Do I have a strong case? What should my next steps be?
