What this demo shows
A live, public copy of the kind of private workroom I deliver for health-data legal work. The client, Brightpath Senior Analytics, is fictional, and everything you change stays in your browser. The mechanics are real: the same generator engine, live preview, risk rules, and collaboration layer I use in paid engagements.
Two generator documents are wired into the builder: a demo HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and a PHI Data-Flow and Security Rider that depends on it, plus a short explainer tab on how these rooms work. Edit any field on the left, the covered entity's name, the breach-notice window, the subcontractor flowdown, the return-or-destroy period, and the preview redraws only the affected words and scrolls them into view. The point is that a contract package stops being a stack of static Word files and becomes something a client can read, test, and question clause by clause.
Try the risk panel. Set the breach-notice window to 60 days and the room flags it as high risk, with a plain-English note on why a covered entity usually cannot live with that: it consumes the customer's own notification runway. Flip encryption at rest off in the rider, or add non-US hosting, and the flags react the same way. In real rooms, these rules encode the positions I would push back on before a draft reaches signature. Then click any clause in the preview to leave a comment or suggest exact replacement wording; it renders as Word-style track changes with a name, a timestamp, and a pending or resolved status. In a real matter those notes sync to me for review. In this demo they stay local.
Take the third tab too, the short explainer on why I deliver legal work in workrooms rather than as email attachments. And when you are done exploring, the buttons under the preview show the delivery side of the room: download the current draft as a Word file, bundle every enabled draft, or export your intake answers, and the send-comments button shows how a client hands a marked-up round back to me in a live matter. Nothing you do on this page reaches me or anyone else; the demo runs entirely in your browser.

A private room for your actual matter
A real engagement is a private room, not a public sandbox. I draft the documents against your actual data flows: which streams are PHI, which are consumer health data governed by state law, where your subprocessors sit, and what your marketing pages promise.
The demo BAA becomes a real BAA matched to your role in the chain, the rider matches your real architecture, and the room tracks comments, suggested edits, and revision rounds through attorney review. I review the legal work myself.
A note on how a real room starts, because the demo skips that part. Nothing on this page creates an attorney-client relationship, and no matter is undertaken until conflict clearance and a written engagement. When an engagement does begin, the room you get is private, the fictional Brightpath facts are replaced with your intake, and the drafts in the preview are documents I have written for your matter and review before anything is signed. The comment and suggested-edit trail you tested here becomes the working record of the revision rounds between us.
