Submitting the intake or paying the $240 fee does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee that I can accept the matter. I first need to check for conflicts and confirm that the matter fits the limited written-evaluation scope. If I cannot accept it, I decline or refund the payment. If accepted, the engagement is limited to one written attorney evaluation by email and does not include redrafting, redlining, negotiation, filings, court appearances, deadline monitoring, or ongoing representation unless separately agreed in writing.
