I stopped selling the one-hour Zoom session. I do not sell calls, video sessions, or live meetings of any kind.

If you came here wanting to talk something through, the replacement is the $300 Written Attorney Consultation, and for most matters it is the better product. You send me the question, a short factual summary, and your key documents. I read them properly and send back a written attorney response identifying the main legal issues, the risks, your leverage points, and the practical next steps.

Why written turned out to be better You get an answer you can forward, re-read, and hand to a partner or an accountant. Nothing depends on what anyone remembers from a call afterwards, and I can review the documents properly before answering rather than reacting to them live.

Good for:

Contract questions and what a clause actually exposes you to
Demand letter strategy, and whether a matter is worth pursuing
Payment holds and processor or platform account problems
SaaS and software agreements, corporate documents, ownership disputes
Pre-litigation planning

It is not a full document review, a redline, a demand letter, a formal legal memo, or a filing unless that is agreed separately in writing. If you engage a package of $1,500 or more within 30 days, the consultation fee is credited in full toward that package.
